Mince Pies & Festive Spiced Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves
  • half cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise
  • 6 allspice
  • 10g brown sugar
  • 1 orange, zest
  • 200ml Lakeland Whipping Dairy Cream
  • 10 mince pies

Method

Place the brown sugar, cloves, allspice, cinnamon and star anise into a coffee grinder or pestle and mortar and grind to a fine powder.

Pass through a fine sieve to remove any large pieces.

Whip the Lakeland Dairy Whipping Cream and fold through the spices and orange zest.

Serve with warm mince pies.
